Robert Bruce, General Manager

Robert has lived in the Valley for about 20 years and has worked in IT for most of that time. A Microsoft Certified Professional, Robert is now focused on helping All Mountain Technologies become the primary IT provider for small businesses in the Valley. In this endeavor he draws upon his experiences in the IT field , his business education and experience regarding what it takes to run a successful business here, and his longtime and heartfelt appreciation of the unique and wonderful aspects of living in the mountains of Colorado.

Neal E. Henzler, Sales Manager

Neal has been in the valley for over 20 years, first visiting in the early 1970s as a kid. Neal’s over 20 years of IT experience started in the early years of the PC industry, using Windows v1.0 running on a 12.0 MHz 286 processor. In the Vail area, he spent 5 years with the Vail Resorts MIS Department before serving as a principal in several Technical Services companies. Neal holds a Cisco Sales Engineer certification, and has worked extensively with Windows servers and PCs, general WAN and LAN support, and cabling systems. As Sales Manager, Neal is responsible for the IT systems projects planning and sales.

Dustin Morgan, Network Engineer

Dustin was born in Denver, CO. He has been in the Information Technology field since 2001 and worked in Colorado from Central City to Glenwood Springs. He moved to the mountains in 2008 to work on some IT projects at Copper Mountain then joined the All Mountain Tech team in 2010. Dustin's interests include snowboarding, the general outdoors, and practicing capoeira. Dustin is currently studying to finish his certifications and become a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Chris Alexander, Marketing Director/Web Services Manager

Chris became a full-time Vail Valley Resident in 1995, after graduating from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Chris is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and enjoys technical planning. Outside of consulting and providing technical direction, Chris loves fly-fishing, kayaking and playing music.

Lee Tourgee, Always-On Director

Originally from Virginia, Lee has lived worked in the Vail Valley since 1998. His free time is spent golfing, skiing, and snowboarding. Lee has been servicing the IT needs of many area businesses as a server, networking, and software specialist. Lee has great knowledge of all Microsoft Server and Desktop platforms, Linux Servers, Cisco networking, and Wide Area Networks. His certifications include Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), and CompTIA A+ Hardware Specialist (A+).

Originally from Kansas, Justin has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University. He has been in the Vail Valley and has worked for AMT since 2007. Justin has professional certifications in the following areas: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Wireless LAN specialized certifications, Network +, and CompTIA A+. Justin enjoys outdoor activities including camping, hiking, skiing, and ultimate Frisbee.

Dan Cresenczo, Bench Technician

Dan is originally from New England and moved to Boulder in 2007. After attending Southern Connecticut State University he got his first taste of IT work when the outdoor retailer he worked for deployed a computerized point of sale system and has never looked back. Dan is an avid skier, snowboarder, and rock climber. After spending time working at IBM and Sun Microsystems he did not flinch at an opportunity to relocate to the Vail Valley. Dan is A+ certified, and a MCTS certified Windows 7 Professional

Megan Hawkins, Office Manager

Originally from the Uppoer Peninsula of Michigan, Megan has a BS in Finance. She has been in the Valley since 2004, and joined All Mountain Technologies in 2010. She is excited to bring her administration background to work for AMT. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her family, reading, and catching the rare ski day (when possible with a two year old).
