What is Always On?

Always-On managed service is a ‘health-care’ package for your computer systems that keeps them running optimally.  Always-On covers networks if they do get ‘sick’ so out of pocket expense is minimized.

How does Always-On work?

Always-On incorporates preventative maintenance using a customized array of software tools for monitoring and remediation, technicians that are certified in best practice standards and 24/7 support to make sure your systems are healthy and running.  If the Always-On automated monitoring systems generate an alert then a ticket is created and we are already working on the issue to fix it before it affects your business.

Does Always-On cost more?
