Where did you grow up?
“I am a native of Cape Town, South Africa but currently, I live on Madeira Island, Portugal which is just off the northwest coast of Africa.”
Where did you go to college?
“I attended Prestige Academy and graduated in IT”
Why or how did you first become interested in technology?
“Growing up in the 90’s meant that technology was changing the way we did things in the world and I wanted to be part of that. Today I feel like I could say the same thing except it’s on a much larger scale than it was in the 90’s.”
Why do you love technology today?
“It makes life simpler; it connects us in ways we were never connected before. It’s the present and the future all in one and that’s amazing.”
What’s your favorite hobby?
“I love working with my hands and being creative. I also love being in nature, whether it’s doing hikes and walks or relaxing at the beach.”
Are you married and do you have kids or a pet?
“Yes, I am married. Currently, I have no kids or pets, but I love animals.”
What was your most favorite job? Why?
“I have loved all my careers that I have done so far. Each have been substantially rewarding and have prepared me for what I am doing today. The work I have done has always been challenging and exciting and the journey I have followed has always offered new opportunities for growth and personal development.”
What’s the one thing you can’t live without?
“Water – It’s my element.”
What are your primary duties here at AMT and what is your favorite aspect of the job?
“I’m a Account Manager, I interact with vendors and clients to ensure that we are offering our clients the best products and services to best suite their needs and goals. I love interacting with the team and everyone that works at AMT. I also love all the new things I am learning!”
