We would like to welcome Christianne to the All Mountain Technologies team. Christianne helps to keep us all on track by organizing and focusing on important office duties and administrative tasks. She keeps everything humming along, and we are so happy to have her onboard.

Where did you grow up? Where do you live now?
“I grew up in Sto. Nino Road, Banilad, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. I still live here with my mom.”

Where did you go to college? What did you major in?
“I went to AMA College and I took up Business Management.”

Do you hold any educational degrees or certifications?
“Yes, Business Information Management and some call center certifications including a Greenbelt Six Sigma Certification.”

Why do you love about technology today?
“It just makes all of our day-to-day lives so much easier.  Quick access to information and better communication.”

What’s your favorite hobby(ies) or your favorite thing to do off-hours?
“I just take care of my plants if I am not bonding with my nephews and nieces. I also love to cook!”

Are you married and do you have kids or a pet?
“Yes, I am married. No kids still but we do have a dog.”

Besides AMT (of course) what was your most favorite job? Why?
“I used to work for the BPO industry as an operations supervisor for 11 years. It’s customer service for me, it gives me a sense of fulfillment when you can assist and resolve something.”

What’s the one thing you can’t live without?
“Food. I just love to nibble every now and then.”

What are your primary duties here at AMT and what is your favorite aspect of the job?
“I am currently manning the helpdesk queue and managing emails, helping with invoicing and billing. I am just loving it all.”

Is there anything else you would like to tell us about yourself?
“Here in the Philippines, we pretty much love to hang out with our loved ones, sharing good food and karaoke. I am a simple person, and this is just what I love to do. I do not go for luxuries in life. Although, it is my dream to visit other counties if given the opportunity. I have never been outside of the Philippines.”
