Getting IT Support

Given that we are a busy Managed IT Service Provider with many current clients, we are always available; that is the nature of our business. Meet Your Team

Right from the start, we pair our clients with a dedicated team consisting of a System Administrator (SA), a helpdesk engineer, and an Account Manager. Your team is familiar with the latest technology in your industry and the best solutions for your IT needs.  Their mission is to help you make informed decisions to ensure your business is more productive, secure, and successful.

Our engaged clients assign someone in their organization to be the dedicated point of contact for their AMT System Administrator so there is always a collaborative, open line of communication.

Utilize Your Account Manager

Your Account Manager is a dedicated client advocate whose focus is YOU! They will meet with you annually to discuss an array of topics such as performance, strategy, budget planning, projects, billing and procurement along with any issues or concerns you may have. These meeting are very helpful, take advantage of them.

Convenient Payment Portal

We offer an online payment portal to view and conveniently pay invoices. Using the auto pay feature makes paying invoices on time easy and automatic from a credit card or bank account.

The process works best when we control procurement, as we know what to buy, and we take time to order and track it, so you get exactly what you need. We have found this process pays for itself, time and time again. If something needs a warranty or return, we have you covered there too.

Project Planning

To ensure a successful project, our clients are asked to approve quotes and project-related decisions as quickly as possible.

All hardware must be paid in full before orders can be placed.  Project quotes are good for 30 days, after this time frame, all quotes are rebid.

Solving Issues

Do not let concerns fester! If you feel uncomfortable or uneasy about the way we are managing your IT or a specific project, please share your concerns with us at once so that we may address them! As your IT partner, we would rather talk issues out in real-time and find the right solution.
