Suane is a very unique name, can you tell us the story behind your name?
“Yes! My parents combined their names together (SUsan and duANE) to get my name and that holds a special place in my heart.”

Where do you currently live?
“I grew up and currently live in Bloemfontein, South Africa also known as the ‘City of Roses’. It’s a town that feels so petite that a sneeze could send the residents scattering like confetti. But it has its own unique charm.”

Where did you go to college?
“I embarked on a wild and whirlwind adventure across the vast expanse of the USA. Think of me as a wondering scholar on a quest for knowledge. Along the way I took short courses at a variety of different colleges picking up skills and absorbing wisdom.”

How did you first become interested in technology?
“Growing up as a Gen Z surrounded by gadgets and screens, I couldn’t resist the fascination with technology. It’s like a never-ending adventure that keeps evolving.”

Why do you love technology today?
“I love technology because it streamlines the complexities of life and brings people closer, resulting in enhanced connectivity and unparalleled convenience.”

What’s your favorite hobby to do off-hours?
“My favorite hobby is going to the gym, where I channel the spirit of Arnold Schwarzenegger, or at least attempt to.”

Are you married and do you have kids or a pet?
“I’m not married but I’ve got Jellybean, the coolest cat in town. ”

What was the most favorite job that you had in the past?
“My favorite job (besides AMT) was being an Au Pair in America. It was a role that taught me the power of compassion and the joy of making a positive impact. It was also a transformative journey expanding my capacity for cultural appreciation.”

What’s the one thing you can’t live without?
“Family, the unwavering pillar of love and support in my life.”

“My focus is procurement and partner success. I ensure that our clients receive the best quality products and services, as well as build strong partnerships with reliable and innovative suppliers.
